Terms & Conditions:
All services require a signed contract. All our monthly retainer programs are prepaid by the first of the month or your anniversary contract date. We accept payments in the form of cashier's check or money order. Personal or business checks are accepted for established clients only. Payment can also be made with credit card using Google Checkout.Retainer hours are non refundable due to hours being reserved for the month. Unused retainer hours do not rollover into the next month. Packages are non transferable and non refundable. Expenses (supplies, materials, postage, long distance, courier, photocopies and other job specific materials) are not included and will be billed to the client at cost. There is a service fee of $30 on all Returned check and inconvenience charge of $25 also applies. Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client for all projects. Rush Jobs are subject to a 25% surcharge. Payment is made prior to any start of work. All US Holidays are observed. Rates & Terms are subject to change at anytime.
