Q: WHAT IS A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?
A: In a traditional office they are known as Executive Assistants, Administrative Assistants or Personal Assistants but in the online community they are known as Virtual Assistants (VA's.) VA's work from their own offices and use thier own equipment and provide services to businesses, entrepreneurs, executives and busy people. Assignments are usually communicated through e-mail, fax or phone. Whatever the project, information is easily transfered from client to VA.
Q: WHY SHOULD YOU HIRE A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?
A: My Right Hand Girl is paid only for the work performed based on the contractual agreement you sign. Since My Right Hand Girl is considered a contractor not an employee you will save a great deal:

Q: HOW DO YOU SUBMIT WORK REQUESTS?
A: Communication is key to getting tasks completed on time. My Right Hand Girl accepts work request by email, fax or by phone. The easiest and most effective way is by completing a work order form, that way we have all the details we need to complete a job!
Q: HOW DO YOU START DOING BUSINESS WITH MY RIGHT HAND GIRL?
A: Once we have discusssed your needs, set terms for the agreement, both signed the agreement and handled billing/payment we will be set to go. It's that easy.
Q: DOES MY RIGHT HAND GIRL WORK HOLIDAYS AND/OR WEEKENDS? A: Technically NO, our hours are Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, however, if you have a project that required work on a holiday or a weekend it is subject to a "RUSH/AFTER HOURS" surcharge of an additional 25%.
Q: DOES MY RIGHT HAND GIRL ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS? A: YES, we gladly accept business checks, cashiers checks, money orders and we use super-secure GOOGLE CHECKOUT to process credit cards.
Q: DOES MY RIGHT HAND GIRL OFFER A REFERRAL PROGRAM? A: YES! We love getting referrals! If you know of someone who needs the help of My Right Hand Girl, please refer them to us!! If your referral signs a 3 month retainer contract or more, we will pay you $50.00 as our way of saying THANK YOU!
